Sculpture reaches out to landscape to meet nature. TOWILLIS’s attention is drawn to a big tree in Yongji Park, around which he builds a metal framed structure and has visitors walk underneath it. In other words, the sculpture goes into nature, becomes part of it, and invites a man to a place where the transformation has taken place. It is an invitation for communication between the sculpture, the tree (nature), and the man. The title One thing, No thing, Every thing is a visual manifestation of this rendezvous.
