Unity : Seating together for peace

Several pieces of wood are combined to form a column, which is tightly wrapped in fabric with distinctive African patterns. It becomes part of a larger work consisting of five columns. The columns of different heights are a visual celebration of the ethnic diversity and unity in the artist’s homeland Senegal.
